- You wouldn't happen to know what symbol rate it is using (some other
- modems tell you). I noticed if it connects using the 3200 rate (i.e. 3249
- is locked out), it will almost always connect 28.8k, but the transfer
- actually *IS* slower. Maybe its not testing the line properly at the 3200
- symbol rate, and picked a higher speed than it should have.
